Stallions Fall to John Carroll thumbnail

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio – The Stallions dropped their season opener on the road to John Carroll University. The opening rust showed early as WMU gave up two goals in the first 2:39 of the game.

Josh Faulkner closed the gap with a second period redirection. Despite out-shooting JCU, the Stallions could not light the lamp again while giving up two more third period goals.

The Stallions now head south to Kent State for a Saturday night matchup.
